Buffing your way to a natural and beautiful you in just moments.

  • Remember, less is more when using the NEU Minerals.
  • Firstly swirl your face powder brush on the NEU Face Setting Powder, tap off the excess on the cover then buff around your face.
  • Use the Kabuki Powder Brush; take some NEU Mineral Foundation and buff starting from, contours of the face, forehead then the nose area.
  • You control the coverage from sheer, medium or full by the number of times you buff on the powder.
  • It is a buildable coverage powder so do not rush into putting too much on at one go.
  • It takes few seconds for the powder to “get into” your skin. Allow a few moments for powder to set in before adding on another layer  to avoid heavy coverage.
  • Alternatively, you can use a powder puff for heavier coverage.
  • Then use the Concealer & Blending Brush on the areas you wish to “hide”.  Tap off excess minerals before attempting on the problem areas. Dab it around the areas around the groove around the nose, under eyes, brown spots etc
  • Warm up your face and body with the NEU Face & Body Glow colours. It is to get the effect of “candlelight” softness.
  • Apply it on the apple of your cheeks in circular motions towards the temples.
  • Dust a little over your nose bridge.
  • Finishing touch would be with another layer of the NEU Setting Powders depending what type of look you like.

HOW TO APPLY

Neu mineral foundation can be applied with a Kabuki brush or mixed with a facial moisturizer for sensitive or dry skin. Our mineral foundation has complete coverage and full spectrum sunscreen, and oil control properties. No separate concealer or powder is needed in most cases.

The cream foundation is heavier and steps in as a spot concealer as well as an intensive moisture base for mineral foundation.

Conceal Flaws - Tap a small amount of your foundation powder into the lid of your container. Use the concealer brush to pick up some . Lightly brush over areas of your face to cover skin issues, acne, broken blood vessels, discoloration and dark circles under your eyes until you achieve the coverage you desire.

Apply Foundation - Before you get started please know that mineral foundation should NOT be applied wet, using fingers, in large quantities or on damp skin - this will produce a cakey, uneven application. Our mineral foundations are highly concentrated and need to be applied in very small quantities, using a good dense bristle brush such as our Kabuki Brush or Powder Brush. Follow the steps below for flawless coverage.

TAP a small amount of powder  into the top of the powder container or similar small dish.

SWIRL your quality kabuki or powder brush into the powder until you have swept up all the powder from the top. Press hard into the powder before swirling the brush to prevent powder from spilling.

TAP your brush lightly on the side of the top with the head of the brush facing upwards. This will allow the powder to sink into the brush bristles.

SWEEP the powder filled brush firmly across your clean dry skin starting with your contours of chin, forehead, nose, chin (T-zone) and working outwards in a light circular motion.

Repeat the above steps until you get the coverage you desire.

Cleaning your makeup brushes is easy.

  1. Shampoo your brush by gently lathering in a small amount of your favorite shampoo with your fingers.
  2. Rinse your brush thoroughly under running water.
  3. Repeat the process until there is no visible makeup in the brush and the water runs clear.
  4. Dry your brush by running the bristles across a clean dry towel in a uniform direction. This will help bring the brush back to its proper shape.
Then lay your brush out on the towel overnight to dry.

Your brushes will be ready for use in the morning!

For best results, we recommend cleaning your makeup brushes every 4 weeks - or more often depending on usage.
